These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the fk44 platform and all its services. When you register, log in, or play any game on fk44, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. Please read this document in full and with care.

1 Definitions & Applicability

The meaning of certain key terms used in this document is clarified below:

• "Platform" — The fk44 website (fk44.lat) and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on fk44 or used the platform.
• "Account" — A user's registered profile and associated balance.
• "Services" — All gaming, betting, and entertainment activities provided through fk44.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional credits granted through promotions that are usable subject to specific conditions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and gaming on fk44 are permitted only for persons aged 21 or above. You may be required to present proof of age upon request. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be cancelled immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, all accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. fk44 reserves the right to immediately cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided. Any change in your information must be reported to the support team without delay.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Liability for Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account — including transactions, bets, and gaming decisions. fk44 will not bear liability for any loss resulting from granting account access to a third party.

3.3 Verification Process

fk44 may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to present a national ID, passport, or proof of address. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals if verification is not completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on fk44 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is the same for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests may only be made to verified and approved payment methods.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted honestly. If fk44 suspects money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity, it may suspend the relevant transaction and investigate the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fk44's current welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonuses received, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met are withdrawable.
• fk44 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

All games operated on fk44 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Fair play is ensured across games from reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Any win or loss resulting from a technical error may be considered void.
• In disputes regarding game rules, fk44's server logs will be treated as final evidence.
• Any advantage gained by exploiting software bugs or glitches is invalid, and related winnings will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fk44:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated bets or engaging in collusion to exploit bonus offers.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or hacking.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party beyond personal use.
• Conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 fk44's Rights

fk44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity (prior notice will be given where applicable).

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance (excluding bonuses); however, any bonus balance will be cancelled if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

fk44 provides gaming services on an "as-is" basis. fk44's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by technical errors or server downtime.
• Incomplete transactions due to internet connection disruptions.
• Issues related to software from third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to secure account information.
